ATTACK ATTACK! “ONE HIT WONDER TOUR”
with SAVAGE HANDS, VERSUS ME, LGHTBRNGR
Wednesday, August 27, 2025. THE WAITING ROOM, OMAHA, NE. Doors: 6pm // Show: 7pm

August 27th at Omaha’s The Waiting Room featured a stacked lineup of LGHTBRNGR, Versus Me, Savage Hands, and ATTACK ATTACK! on their One Hit Wonder Tour.
The Waiting Room, intimate and electric as always, was ready to host a night of high-voltage metalcore, post-hardcore, and electronicore mayhem. The evening kicked off as doors opened promptly at 6:00 PM, just in time for the stacked pre-show buzz. With an intimate capacity of several hundred, The Waiting Room provided the perfect claustrophobic punch: every bass punch and scream slammed directly into the crowd. By 7:00 PM, anticipation was thick in the air.
Opening the night, Omaha’s own LGHTBRNGR brought an electrifying blend of metalcore with glitchy, electronic-infused overtones. Not your usual warm-up opener, LGHTBRNGR’s dark openers and bright energy seeped into the crowd. Their set likely cracked skulls and hearts in equal measure, teasing future crowd favorites with dance-punctuated riffs and haunting vocals. It was a raw, siren-call start that readied the pit for chaos.
Next up, Jainesville, Wisconsin natives Versus Me picked up the pace and gave an energetic push with a dynamic post-hardcore and alternative rock edge. Their set built momentum hard. Thunderous drums, screaming guitars, and anthemic choruses sent early moshers soaring. Between aggressive riffing and moments of melodic release, the venue’s energy rose to fever pitch.
Savage Hands followed with an emotionally charged set, drawing from across their full catalog for a Moody, Melodic, and Relentless night. This eight-track journey threaded through raw introspection (Love No More, Trust Issues) toward darker pushes (Demon, RED), culminating in the relentless Reload, Repeat. Their evocative dynamics and impassioned delivery created a powerful mid-show crescendo—intense and cathartic in a dim-lit room.
Closing with Chaos and Catharsis, our headliner, ATTACK ATTACK!, delivered a blistering, full-throttle performance—true to metalcore turned electronicore form with crowd favorites. Laced with intense breakdowns, synth squalls, and shredding dual guitars, ATTACK ATTACK! brought the crowd to a devastating peak. Jump Jump! and Stick Stickly sent moshers flying, while fan-favorite ONE HIT WONDER hit as the fiery mid-set high. Their energy never wavered, closing out the show on a euphoric, adrenaline-soaked note. The band was tight, sweaty, and losing their minds together. Even with room for only a several hundred, the emotional and physical intensity rivaled any arena show I’ve been to. The pits that opened were a testament to the intimate but fierce vibe.
LGHTBRNGR were an electrifying, genre-bending opener, challenging and invigorating. Versus Me proved they’re a bold post-hardcore puncher, ramping intensity with grit. Savage Hands were our emotional anchor, dark, melodic, and deeply resonant. ATTACK ATTACK! we the explosive closer, sharing with us their unrelenting energy, nostalgia, and epic riffs.
This concert was a full-spectrum metalcore experience—from haunting introspection to explosive catharsis. In The Waiting Room’s tight walls, every growl, beat, and drop of sweat landed hard. It was a night where genre lines blurred, and fans found themselves in the perfect mix of chaos and connection.
