Northern Invasion Artist Spotlight: The Fever 333

With only 74 days left before the gates open for Northern Invasion 2018, lets get to know The Fever 333.
Even though comprised of veteran musicians, the band as a whole is relatively new to the touring scene. Thankfully The Fever 333 are currently finishing recording new music, and will be making their Northern Invasion debut on Saturday, May 12th.

Following his letlive. break up, vocalist Jason Aalon Butler teamed up with former The Chariot guitarist Stephen Harrison and Night Verses drummer Aric Improta to create The Fever 333 in July 2017. The rap-rock hardcore band, who had their first debut performance in a donutshop carpark,  debuted their first studio recorded song ‘We’re Coming In’ which takes aim at the police, on August 12, 2017.

Following a February 26th, 2018 post on the band’s official Instagram, in which they state their support of the “brave & beautiful youth of our country” following the Marjory Douglas Stoneman High School mass shooting on Valentine’s Day 2018, the band announced their official support of more strict gun control laws. Taking a stand against gun violence, a line has officially been drawn by the band, polarizing some of their fans.
Butler elaborated in a video on his personal Instagram account by saying, “The only way anything ever changes is by taking a risk, confronting your fears, and engaging these uncomfortable conversations.”

Butler most recently recorded the electronic thrash metal track “Crash” with The Bloody Beetroots for their 2017 release “The Great Electronic Swindle”.
“Jason Aalon Butler: the sweetest and the most dangerous man in Los Angeles,” Sir Bob Cornelius Rifo of The Bloody Beetroots told Alternative Press, “the man with the most powerful scream of them all, a pure gentleman with a beast inside like Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde, an obscure par excellence that really impressed me a lot. I think this is the most violent song of the album, and I love it so, so, so much!”
