Finally, Lady Sif will be dropping by to visit Midgard!
Marvel has confirmed that Jaimie Alexander would reprise her role as the fearless female warrior in a special guest appearance in an upcoming episode of the ABC series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. Alexander appeared as the character in both Thor feature films, Thor and Thor: The Dark World.
Details as to what brings her to Earth or which episode she will appear in are unknown at this time; Marvel would only say that “Sif has come to Earth with a very specific mission.”
Considering the big names who will be making guest appearances, such as Bill Paxton playing as Agent John Garrett and a cameo by Marvel legend Stan Lee, it seems like Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will do whatever they can to bring in the viewers and secure a second season.
Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. airs on Tuesdays at 8pm ET on ABC; Thor: The Dark World comes to 3D Combo Pack, Blu-ray, and DVD on February 25, 2014.
