I hesitate to call A Perfect Circle’s Three Sixty release a “Greatest Hits” album. The phrase often means a band is finished making music and their label wants to squeeze every penny they can out of the band’s fans. Consider Three Sixty a “Must Have” album for fans. This release puts all of APC’s single releases and fan favorites onto one album and introduces many fans to music that they may not have previously heard. Listening to these tracks takes me back to a time all those years ago when I was lucky enough to have seen the band live. It was such an amazing experience to hear their music as performed live on stage.
The release as a whole encompasses what A Perfect Circle means to their fans and to the band’s founding members.
“Billy (Howerdel) and I created A Perfect Circle out of a now long-running friendship, and I think the music we have made reflects that personal connection and has given us the ability to further develop and trust our intuition,” explained Keenan.  “I feel Three Sixty is an accurate representation of that friendship and those instincts.”
Three Sixty is available in two forms; a single disk featuring 13 tracks from the band’s debut and sophomore releases and a new track, and a 19 track deluxe edition including tracks from eMotive and live versions of four tracks recorded through out the band’s tours. Three Sixty also includes A Perfect Circle’s first new original, studio recording in over a decade with the inclusion of “By And Down,” a song written after APC returned from their self-imposed hiatus for a series of live performances throughout 2010 and 2011.
