Get thee behind me Satan and push! After nearly 30 years of touring and close to 1,300 sets, its hard to believe there are still a few places on Earth that Slipknot haven’t played yet.
Iowa’s Lords of Metal hammered through an impressive 15 song setlist as the headliners for Indonesia’s Hammersonic Metal Festival in Jakara. This show marked the band’s first time playing in that country. Slipknot shared the festival stage with Amon Amarth, Batushka, Black Flag, Story of the Year, Tiny Moving Parts, and fellow Roadrunner alumni Trivium.
Slipknot will be heading deeper into the Southern Hemisphere this week, for Knotfest Australia, along with Amon Amarth, Story of the Year, Trivium, and many others.
