Northern Invasion, the mid-west’s most anticipated music festival, will be returning for it’s 3rd consecutive year! Dates have officially been announced for May 13th and 14th, 2017!
Having sold-out it’s inaugural date in 2015, and expanding to a record breaking two-day in 2016, I’m thrilled to see that 2017 will also be two days!
Line-up announcements will begin to roll out in December. Stage headliners from previous years included Slipknot, Rob Zombie, Disturbed, Ghost, Halestorm, Lamb of God, Butcher Babies, and Clutch, giving fans of every sub-genre of rock and metal the opportunity to see their favorite bands! None of us will ever forget the breathtaking performance by In This Moment in 2015, or Lacey Sturm’s inspirational set during 2016.
I’ve been to dozens and dozens of festivals over the past twenty years. Ozzfest. Family Values. Rockfest. Even Lilith Fair. Nothing compares to Northern Invasion. The bands. The energy. The atmosphere. The community. Reuniting each year with my Northern Invasion family feels like home.
