Slight Chance of New Material from MuDVaYNe.

This year brought Hellyeah back on the road in support of their latest release, Blood For Blood. Raising the live concert experience once again, the band joined the 2015 Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival’s main stage acts.
With a stop in Council Bluffs, Iowa, I was determined to be at this concert. Hellyeah burst through a blistering set highlighted by tracks off of their current release, and pushed the crowd beyond their moshing limits.

With the 2014 departure of bassist, and Mudvayne co-founder Greg Tribbett, a lot of us were left wondering if vocalist Chad Gray would be re-uniting with his Mudvayne brothers for a future release.
During King Diamond’s set, I took a smoke break. Too my surprise, Gray walked right by me. After a few seconds to clear my head, I followed him as any good fanboy would, and asked if he’d take a picture with me.
I was so nervous, and shaking so bad, he put his arm around me, and told me to calm down and take the picture again since the first was so blurry.
I mentioned that I missed the gorilla suit he used to wear on stage with Mudvayne. “Ha! I sure as fuck don’t,” he chuckled.
I told him tonight was my 9th time photographing him between his two bands, and asked if there was a chance I’d be photographing Mudvayne again.
“Well brother, there’s a slight chance,” he told me.
Take that as you will.
