LAST CALL WITH CARSON DALY CELEBRATES WITH TWO NIGHTS OF LIVE FOOTAGE
NORTH AMERICAN TOUR DATES RESUME THIS SUMMER INCLUDING AUGUST 5 AT MADISON SQUARE GARDEN
SAN FRANCISCO, May 18, 2015 – Faith No More’s eagerly awaited new album, Sol Invictus, is available now.
“The most imaginative and urgent FNM have sounded in years,” is how Alternative Press described the ten-song release which was recorded in secret at the Bay Area band’s own Oakland, Calif. studio with founder/bass player Bill Gould producing. News of the impending full-length came late last year when Faith No More revealed plans for a Record Store Day (Black Friday) 7-inch of new song, “Motherf***er.” The surprises continued as the band delighted hometown fans with an unannounced in-store performance at Amoeba Records.
“Reunited and Reclaiming Its Spot,” is how the New York Times titled their review of a recent New York performance, one of fourteen sold out dates the band played across North America in the last month. The paper went on to say, “In new songs and old ones, the band had its longtime brawn and precision.” While in New York, Faith No More appeared on The Tonight Show, with Rolling Stone describing the performance as “thrillingly vicious and unrelenting.” Clips can be viewed below. Rolling Stone also recently published an extensive interview with the band (http://rol.st/1QFRBey).
