RISE AGAINST ANNOUNCE NORTH AMERICAN SUMMER HEADLINE TOUR

Santa Monica, California, April 6, 2015 – Rise Against will head out on a North American summer headline tour in support of their seventh studio album The Black Market. The tour kicks off July 17th at the FirstMerit Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island in Chicago, Illinois and concludes on August 16th at the Fillmore Auditorium in Denver, Colorado.  Killswitch Engage and letlive will support on all dates. For all the U.S. dates on this summer tour Rise Against is working with Revolutions Per Minute (RPM) to donate $0.50 per ticket to environmental and civil rights non-profit organizations.  Rise Against will announce these donations once they’ve happened so check the band’s website for updates.

Rise Against released their seventh studio album The Black Market on Interscope Records July 15, 2014.  The set debuted at #3 on the Billboard Top 200 Album Chart and landed at #1 on the iTunes Alternative Album Chart. The album also debuted at #1 in Germany, Australia and Canada where it has already achieved gold status.

After 16 years and six incendiary albums, Rise Against has become one of the most successful, challenging and revered punk rock bands on the planet.
