Singer, songwriter and runner-up on NBC’s The Voice, Juliet Simms releases the new music video for her debut, solo single, WILD CHILD. The video was directed by Tabitha Denholm, who has also directed music videos for Florence and the Machine, Haim, and Louis Vuitton and it was executive produced by CeeLo Green, who co-manages Juliet along with Primary Wave Music. Wild Child is Juliet Simms first single off her upcoming debut, solo album slated for a 2013 release and the music video depicts her independent attitude showing Juliet and her sassy “girl gang” hitting the streets of Los Angeles on an adventure full of mischief and girl-power-angst.

Sticking with the WILD theme, in the music video Juliet was styled by rock stylist Jennifer Herrema, a former member of the indie rock band Royal Trux, and is sporting a floral bodysuit by the fashion brand “Wild Fox Couture.” Full of fun facts and sightings, in the music video Juliet’s sister Angie Simms, who’s landed roles in the TV series Greek and even in the prankster film Jackass 3D, also stars in the video as part of Juliet’s “girl gang” and in the scene where Juliet writes on the mirror with red lipstick, she’s using Kat Von D’s make-up line. Also, the picture on the keychain that Juliet is holding in the video is an image of her real boyfriend Andy Biersack, the lead singer of the band Black Veil Brides, who is also signed to Republic Record s (the same record label that Juliet is on). Andy’s band Black Veil Brides recently released their 7th album on March 2nd, which peaked at #7 on the Billboard Top 200. In addition to Juliet’s new music video, she will also be back on the road in July and has confirmed 7 tour dates on Vans Warped Tour.
